San Diego, CA- The Rick Amato Show and The Washington Times announced today that the show is now called, The Rick Amato Show, Presented By The Washington Times. The change is effective immediately.
The shows' focus will be Politics, Pop Culture and National Security.
The Washington Times as the new title sponsor will contribute heavily to the content with its' award-winning investigative reporting and journalists.
"We have developed a very good working relationship with Rick Amato, The Rick Amato Show and we enjoy the San Diego and southern California markets", said John Solomon Executive Director of The Washington Times. "This is a natural next step in that relationship".
"To have access to The Washington Times investigative resources in the areas of politics and national security will only enhance the quality of stories and information we bring to our loyal listeners", Rick Amato said.
As for the pop culture perspective Amato added, "The liberal left has obviously been winning the pop culture war. I am committed to exposing examples of hypocracy and intimidation of the right by institutions such as Hollywood, mainsteam media and college campuses. The relationships I have developed within the entertainment world- including with Andrew Breitbart- gives us an unique opportunity to educate people and open their minds".
Seperately it was also announced today that AmericanBullion.com has retained studio naming rights of The Rick Amato Show, known as the AmericanBullion.com Solid Gold Studios.
